Specialist Supply Chain Management

Overview

Join Infineon Technologies as a Specialist in Supply Chain Management at our Bengaluru East location. You will be accountable for overseeing supply and inventory planning by managing stock levels across various disposition points, optimizing capacity utilization, and facilitating product allocation and supply stabilization. This role also involves driving demand fulfillment through supply and recovery plans, supporting sales push initiatives, handling escalations, and managing new product introductions and change projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage stock planning and control across all disposition points while optimizing capacity loading.
• Support allocation planning activities, including supply stabilization, product planning, and execution.
• Develop supply and recovery plans to bridge demand gaps while meeting contract obligations.
• Assist revenue push initiatives and oversee escalation resolution.
• Lead new product integration and execute change management projects effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completion of a relevant 4-year degree such as business management, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering, preferably with a focus on supply chain management.
• Between 1 to 3 years of pertinent work experience in supply chain or related fields.
