About the Role

As a Solutions Consultant, you will serve as the crucial technical liaison between potential clients and our engineering team. Your responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive discovery sessions, define and tailor solutions, and align educational institution requirements with our offerings involving learning management systems (LMS), customer relationship management (CRM), portals, and artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical discovery workshops with prospective clients to understand needs.
• Design and scope solutions spanning various service lines.
• Lead product demonstrations for AI Mentor and Sublime LMS platforms.
• Collaborate closely with delivery teams to guarantee a smooth project handoff.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of three years’ experience in solutions consulting or pre-sales roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of web-based and SaaS platforms.
