Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a digital content strategy aligned with Pigment's brand identity and growth goals.
• Create and manage a content calendar and coordinate posts across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and X.
• Generate and produce short videos (Reels, TikTok) showcasing printing product quality, work behind the scenes, and design details.
• Write marketing and ad copy in a tone matching the brand's identity and target audience.
• Manage daily interactions with followers, respond to inquiries, and nurture a lasting, active community around the brand.
• Stay updated on current social media trends and cleverly apply them to the design and printing sector.
• Monitor and analyze account and campaign performance monthly; provide regular reports and develop ideas to increase engagement and sales through the store.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience with e-commerce stores or creative brands; portfolio submission is mandatory.
• Advanced skills in filming and editing short videos using mobile devices; proficiency in editing software like CapCut or Premiere.
• Strong ability to write appealing and grammatically correct advertising and marketing content in Arabic.
• Understanding of visual identity and design fundamentals; proficiency with Canva or Adobe tools is a plus.
• Effective time management and productivity skills for remote work, including strict adherence to deadlines.
• Passion for design, stationery, and printed products with an insight into customer behaviors in this niche.
