Overview

The role of Social Media Manager involves crafting and overseeing the company's social media approach to boost brand visibility, enhance marketing efforts, and foster active engagement across different platforms.

Key Duties

• Design and implement social media plans that align with the company's strategic objectives.
• Create compelling social media content including posts, graphics, videos, and campaigns, customized for each channel.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to cultivate strong follower relationships.
• Analyze key performance indicators such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and compile insightful reports.
• Coordinate with marketing, design, and public relations teams to maintain unified brand communication.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in social media, platform changes, and competitor activities.
• Plan and manage both paid and organic campaigns to increase visibility and maximize return on investment.

Skills and Qualifications

• In-depth familiarity with multiple social networks including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Excellent writing skills with a knack for storytelling.
• Proficiency using social media management and creative tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or comparable platforms.
• Creativity, flexibility, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Compensation

The salary range offered for this position is between 18000 and 28000 INR per month.
