Role Overview
As Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing inventive strategies across multiple social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This role encompasses content creation, publication, and maintaining consistent brand messaging to boost engagement and expand reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement dynamic social media plans tailored to different channels including posts, stories, reels, and shorts.
- Analyze performance metrics to enhance content effectiveness and maximize audience reach.
- Engage directly with the community by responding to comments and messages to build a strong brand-follower relationship.
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and creators to ensure smooth collaborative workflows.
- Develop editorial calendars, monitor trends, and contribute innovative ideas to keep social strategies fresh and impactful.
- Collaborate closely with design and performance teams for seamless campaign integration.
- Observe competitor activities and emerging trends to continuously evolve our social media channels.
Candidate Profile
- Strong creativity with a natural flair for storytelling and deep understanding of current social media trends.
- Prior experience in social media management, content creation, or community engagement.
- Familiarity with essential tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and common analytics platforms.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to tailor content both visually and linguistically to platform specifics.
- Proactive, organized, and eager to take initiative and ownership of responsibilities.
- Completed education or training in marketing, communications, or a related field; motivated career changers are encouraged to apply.
- Preferably 1 to 3 years of professional experience in a related position within an agency or marketing department.
