About the Company
Nothing Else is a sensitive skincare startup brand based in Mission Beach, San Diego. Approaching its first anniversary, the company is present in 50 stores across Southern California and is seeking its inaugural full-time employee to spearhead its digital growth.
Role Summary
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for expanding the brand's digital footprint through content creation and community engagement, with a primary focus on developing TikTok and TikTok Shop channels. Additional responsibilities include promoting brand Ambassadors, user-generated content, Instagram, Amazon Ads, Meta Ads campaigns, and growing the email subscriber base. The role involves close daily collaboration with the founder and offers a highly autonomous, dynamic startup environment where you will perform diverse tasks. This is a hands-on position for the first employee on the team.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience working with a direct-to-consumer (DTC) company.
- Proven ability to rapidly produce numerous TikTok videos.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
Work Conditions
- Full-time position based in San Diego, CA with a hybrid working schedule of 40 hours per week.
- Direct onsite presence required.
Compensation
Hourly wage ranges from $30 to $40, dependent on experience, equating to an annual salary range of approximately $62,400 to $83,000.
