Social Media Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a part-time Social Media Manager to enhance our brand presence and engage with the real estate community. Bluewater Title & Escrow of Pembroke Pines is a Florida-based title company dedicated to ensuring each transaction is smooth, professional, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee management of our Facebook and Instagram profiles
• Create and sustain a monthly content calendar
• Design brand-consistent graphics, reels, and stories
• Craft compelling captions and choose relevant hashtags
• Schedule posts to maintain regular content flow
• Engage with the audience by monitoring comments and messages
• Identify emerging trends and propose innovative content ideas
• Transform closing event photos and videos into appealing content
• Analyze performance data monthly and offer recommendations

Candidate Profile

• Experience managing social media for business accounts
• Proficient in graphic design, preferably using Canva
• Skilled in editing short-form videos for Instagram Reels
• Strong command of English with excellent grammar and attention to detail
• Organized, dependable, and self-driven
• Understanding of branding and capacity to maintain a consistent voice
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in real estate, title, mortgage, or related sectors
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite
• Awareness of trending social media content and marketing strategies

Additional Information

As part of the interview process, shortlisted applicants must prepare one sample Instagram post and a Reel concept aligned with Bluewater Title & Escrow of Pembroke Pines' branding.
