Social Lead

Role overview

This role sits with a fast-expanding consumer crypto company in the US that has grown an active user community quickly and is backed by strong funding. You will partner closely with a compact, experienced growth team and take charge of the brand’s social direction, from early concepts through to execution, with the aim of increasing awareness and attracting customers across several channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and expand paid social campaigns with a focus on growth and measurable performance.
• Find, coordinate and brief content creators so they produce creative assets that perform well.
• Continuously test variations of creatives and campaigns to improve conversion rates, customer acquisition cost and overall results.
• Run the company’s organic social presence across platforms like TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Conceptualise, source, produce and publish content that fits the brand and audience.
• Track shifts in platform trends, algorithm updates and new content styles to keep the approach current.
• Review channel data, interpret performance insights and apply learnings to future work.
• Protect a steady brand voice, visual look and content style across all channels.
• Lead creative initiatives tied to launches, announcements and other growth-focused activities.

What the company is looking for

• A strong grasp of the current paid social and content ecosystem.
• Prior success growing social accounts, including personal brands, creator profiles or business channels.
• Comfort working with data and using it to improve engagement, conversions and growth.
• Practical experience managing the full content workflow, from idea sourcing and creator selection through publishing, reporting and optimisation.
• Excellent organisation and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced startup setting.
• Interest in technology, fintech or Web3 is a major advantage.
