Job description
Role Overview and Responsibilities
The site supervisor position involves overseeing the proper assembly and safety of formwork structures at the construction site. Key duties include ensuring all parts of the formwork are correctly installed, positioned, and secured to maintain structural integrity and shape during erection.
Upon completion of the formwork installation, the supervisor must conduct a thorough inspection to verify that the structure meets the design specifications and drawings.
Safety and Compliance
The site supervisor is responsible for promptly alerting the site occupier to any unsafe conditions identified during inspections to prevent hazards.
Additional Duties
The supervisor will provide support and assistance to the site manager across various tasks as needed.
