Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Site Supervisor to lead premium interior design projects from handover through to completion. This role demands excellent expertise in site management, vendor coordination, and technical communication. The successful candidate will translate finalized design plans into reality, possessing thorough knowledge of high-quality materials, specialized installation processes, and optimal construction sequencing to ensure flawless execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily site activities and progress, ensuring adherence to master project timelines.
• Provide technical direction and constructive feedback to contractors and partners to uphold rigorous quality standards.
• Define milestone objectives, prepare interim and final checklists, and deliver detailed progress reports to management.
• Serve as the primary on-site problem resolver, addressing conflicts or unexpected obstacles professionally.
• Coordinate communications among clients, designers, contractors, and vendors to avoid project delays.
• Interpret and convey complex technical designs accurately to execution teams on the ground.
• Manage any design deviations proactively, balancing client needs with design and company standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5 to 8 years of experience supervising high-end residential and commercial interior projects, particularly premium villas.
• Strong practical knowledge of premium interior materials, modular fixtures, civil and MEP interdependencies, and finishing techniques.
• Proven ability to manage multiple project sites simultaneously while maintaining high quality.
• Competency in AutoCAD and SketchUp to interpret and verify drawings on-site; familiarity with additional 3D modeling software is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) for schedule tracking, checklist preparation, and reporting.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills adapted to various stakeholders from corporate clients to site laborers.
• Energetic, self-driven, collaborative, and adaptable to fluid and dynamic site conditions.
• Keen interest in staying informed about the latest trends, building materials, and innovative execution technologies in interior design.
