SIEM & SOAR Subject Matter Expert

Role Overview

This position is a full-time, hybrid role based in Chennai, responsible for leading the complete implementation and configuration of SIEM and SOAR platforms. The expert will drive every phase from gathering requirements and designing solutions to deployment and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SIEM and SOAR platform deployment and setup.
• Collect and analyze client requirements to tailor security solutions effectively.
• Create and fine-tune correlation rules and automated playbooks for optimized alerting and incident response.
• Integrate various security tools and data sources into the platforms.
• Collaborate actively with Security Operations Center teams to enhance automation workflows and alert management.
• Work closely with clients to deeply understand their security environments and ensure their satisfaction.
• Provide expert advice on best practices for use cases, dashboard configurations, and reporting metrics.
• Document all implementation procedures and processes comprehensively.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation frameworks and methodologies.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and deliver training to internal and client teams.
