Key Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team to efficiently manage daily operations
• Exemplify Zambrero's values and culture as a role model
• Support training, development, and motivation of team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Help with recruiting and onboarding new employees
• Assist in team management including conducting staff reviews and organizing work schedules
• Ensure food preparation, presentation, and service maintain high quality standards
• Assist with stock ordering from suppliers
• Support administrative tasks such as paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll, and policy reviews
• Oversee daily and weekly cleaning of production areas, dining spaces, and general facilities
• Help implement marketing promotions
• Maintain safety and security standards, providing employee training in Workplace Health and Safety
