Shift Lead

Overview

We are seeking a Shift Lead to join our B&Q store in Chard on a full-time, permanent contract basis. The role requires working 36.75 hours per week, with shifts starting as early as 7am and ending as late as 8:30pm. This keyholder position offers a salary of £27,709.50 per year, along with a pension scheme and 6.6 weeks of holiday annually.

Role Purpose

As a Shift Lead, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues. You will manage daily store operations, ensure staff are effectively deployed to deliver excellent customer service, and be the main point of contact during your shift. Your commitment will help B&Q be a preferred workplace and shopping destination.
