About the Role
North Western Toyota in Whanganui is seeking a vibrant and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their Service Team due to an internal shift. This full-time position involves collaborating closely with the workshop to ensure timely servicing of customer vehicles, managing service workflow, understanding vehicle service requirements, and providing customers with regular updates. Additionally, the role includes responsibility for accurate and organized job invoicing.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the workshop to ensure vehicles are serviced promptly and workflow remains steady.
- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding their vehicle service status.
- Manage the accuracy and organization of service job invoicing.
- Operate confidently in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service.
