Role Summary
The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager position at TP-Link is a strategic leadership role aimed at spearheading the talent acquisition operations and workforce planning to support the company's growth ambitions. This role involves designing and implementing detailed talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's business goals while acting as a key advisor to senior leadership by offering market insights and staffing recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and lead a comprehensive company-wide talent acquisition plan that supports business growth and organizational objectives.
- Collaborate closely with senior executives to forecast workforce needs, plan succession, and address talent shortages.
- Transform business strategies into actionable recruitment initiatives to ensure readiness for future expansion.
- Supply executive leadership with up-to-date labor market intelligence, compensation insights, and recruitment recommendations.
- Serve as an expert consultant on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent availability for business units.
- Lead regular talent planning discussions with business teams to assess hiring priorities and critical roles.
- Adapt recruiting approaches to fit each business function, balancing recruitment speed, quality, diversity, and cost effectiveness.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to align recruitment activities with broader human resource strategies.
- Manage, mentor, and build a high-performing team of recruiters and sourcing experts.
- Define clear expectations and implement recruiting standards fostering accountability, teamwork, and ongoing improvement.
- Create career growth paths for recruiting staff, enhancing overall team capabilities.
- Champion a culture emphasizing innovation, exceptional service, and operational excellence.
- Oversee hiring for executive, leadership, technical, and mission-critical positions, personally leading senior-level and strategic searches.
- Develop and maintain robust external talent networks to engage passive candidates of high caliber.
- Collaborate with executives through the recruitment cycle to guarantee thoughtful hiring decisions.
- Enhance TP-Link’s employer brand and value proposition to improve recognition in competitive hiring markets.
- Partner with marketing and communications to elevate TP-Link’s image as a preferred employer.
- Expand strategic alliances with universities, professional bodies, and community organizations to strengthen talent pipelines.
- Lead recruitment efforts on campuses and early career programs to secure future talent.
- Design and implement scalable recruitment processes enhancing efficiency, consistency, and hiring quality.
- Constantly assess and optimize recruitment technologies, AI tools, and sourcing platforms.
- Guarantee recruitment procedures promote compliance and deliver outstanding experiences for candidates and hiring managers.
- Innovate through process automation and implement best operational practices.
- Create recruiting dashboards and reports that reveal actionable insights into hiring outcomes.
- Use data analytics to measure recruitment performance, forecast needs, identify process delays, and advise on improvements.
- Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, satisfaction rates, offer acceptance, sourcing effectiveness, and diversity achievements.
- Report comprehensive talent insights to senior leaders to guide strategic decisions.
- Develop initiatives that increase diversity in talent pipelines and support fair recruitment practices.
- Uphold a candidate experience that showcases TP-Link’s values through all recruitment phases.
- Promote inclusive hiring methods and work with teams to minimize bias and improve selection quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 8 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with a minimum of 3 years in leadership roles overseeing recruitment teams.
- Proven capability in crafting and executing enterprise recruitment strategies in high-growth or fast-paced tech environments.
- Experience collaborating with senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Demonstrated success recruiting for technical, engineering, corporate, sales, and executive positions.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching recruiting professionals.
- Expertise in utilizing recruiting data, analytics, and metrics to guide recruitment strategy and decision-making.
- Experience managing and enhancing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, sourcing technologies, and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication, influence, and executive presentation capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage diverse tasks effectively in a dynamic corporate setting.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from $160,000 to $200,000.
