Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the escalation point for lower-tier technical support teams.
• Provide software and hardware installation, configuration, maintenance, and support.
• Communicate effectively with customers across the US and Europe to ensure clarity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with customers, end-users, and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Participate in fulfilling customer change requests and resolving problem tickets, including during non-standard business hours.
• Handle Windows Server core troubleshooting such as performance analysis and Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) issues.
• Troubleshoot Active Directory architecture, including FSMO roles, trusts, replication challenges, Group Policy Objects (GPO) issues, and sites and services configuration.
• Address DNS and DHCP-related troubleshooting and administration.
• Maintain and troubleshoot server hardware issues across vendors like HP, Dell, IBM, Cisco UCS, and blade servers, including RAID configurations.
• Manage backup troubleshooting and solutions.
• Oversee Windows cluster troubleshooting, migration, and log analysis.
• Support Windows patching troubleshooting processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on major incidents and priority 1 and 2 cases.
• Lead migration activities involving DHCP, Active Directory, file, and print servers.
• Administer Certificate Authority including root and subordinate CAs, along with IIS website renewals.
• Manage Azure resources and Azure AD Connect integration.
• Work within ITIL process frameworks.
• Participate in 24x7 rotational shift operations.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Experience with VMware virtualization platforms.
• Possession of Azure certification such as AZ-104.
• Experience with Windows in-place upgrades.
• Basic understanding of storage and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting fundamentals.
• Knowledge of Windows vulnerabilities and Windows Defender.
