Role Overview

This is a Senior Software Engineer opportunity based in Chennai for professionals currently in Bengaluru who are considering a move back home. The position is located at Brigade World Trade Center, Perungudi, Chennai.

What You Need to Bring

• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering.
• Deep knowledge of Java, data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Experience creating distributed systems in cloud-native setups.
• Practical exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows.
• Working knowledge of AWS and modern database technologies.
• Background in tuning performance for high-scale applications.
• Familiarity with AI-related tools and concepts such as Amazon Q, Claude, RAG, agentic workflows, and MCP is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and technical leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and support scalable software systems with strong performance.
• Own technical architecture and design decisions for enterprise-level products.
• Create internal development tools that improve engineering efficiency.
• Review code, guide team members, and promote solid engineering standards.
• Investigate production incidents and enhance system performance.
• Work closely with Product Owners and other teams to deliver business impact.
