Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Actively reach out to both new prospects and existing clients to market and explain Freedom24's investment offerings.
• Deliver tailored client assistance, addressing questions related to trading processes, account handling, and platform functionalities.
• Strive to meet and surpass assigned sales goals through effective relationship management and consultative selling techniques.
• Partner with the Department Head to help execute sales plans and support key projects.
• Keep detailed and up-to-date client information and activity logs within the CRM system.
• Continuously monitor developments in financial markets, regulatory environments, and Freedom24's product lineup to provide informed guidance.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• At least three years of relevant experience within the financial sector, specifically in investment firms or brokerage environments holding Sales or Relationship Manager positions.
• Solid knowledge of equity markets, trading tools, and investment fundamentals.
• Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and oral, enabling effective presentations.
• Capability to perform in a structured, results-driven workplace with clearly defined performance indicators.
• A client-centric approach combined with strong problem-solving aptitude.
• An established professional network in Europe gained through attendance and participation in conferences, business clubs, and similar forums.
• Preferred qualifications include certifications such as CySEC, CFA, or equivalents.
