Role Overview
The Senior Program Manager for Content Partnerships will join the Marketing team focused on Research & Thought Leadership. This dual-focus role involves managing broker content collaborations and providing operational and project management aid across the wider team. Reporting to the Editorial Director, the position entails coordinating with sell-side research partners to develop co-branded content that highlights market expertise and trends, while also managing relationships and project timelines. The role requires financial market familiarity and an understanding of institutional investor priorities, though it is not a content creation role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AlphaSense's broker content marketing efforts, including co-branded articles, webinars, event materials, and thought leadership campaigns.
- Collaborate with sell-side research teams to identify timely themes, refine content directions, coordinate inputs, and execute co-branded content initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison between AlphaSense’s marketing and external broker partners to ensure effective communication and timely project completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as editorial, campaign, and product marketing to align broker content with broader company priorities.
- Prepare content briefs, promotional copy, webinar and event descriptions, and related collateral for broker content programs.
- Manage the Research & Thought Leadership editorial calendar, overseeing reports, articles, webinars, events, newsletters, and campaign assets.
- Engage cross-functional stakeholders to gather input and align research content with company objectives.
- Track and analyze performance data from broker content and editorial activities to inform strategic planning.
- Maintain documentation on team processes including intake procedures and workflow guidelines.
- Provide project management support across team initiatives and assist with proofreading marketing materials as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years' experience in program or project management, partner marketing, or content operations, preferably in financial services, capital markets, or B2B marketing.
- Direct experience or familiarity with financial services or capital markets to effectively assess ideas and communicate credibly with analysts and researchers.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with external partners, balancing diverse priorities and deadlines.
- Strong project management capabilities managing multiple tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent editorial judgment with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience handling project calendars, content workflows, or cross-departmental marketing programs.
- Confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders, including partners, marketers, subject matter experts, and executives.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with webinars, events, co-branded content, newsletters, reports, and digital marketing programs.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in communications, marketing, journalism, finance, economics, business, or a related discipline.
Ideal Candidate Attributes
