Role Summary
The Senior Product Manager for Enterprise is responsible for the SENSORA platform and its associated telehealth features, integrations, dashboards, and governance that ensure healthcare systems deliver accurate patient data efficiently. This role involves developing enterprise-grade software that fits seamlessly into clinician workflows, emphasizing usability and value rather than administrative burden. The product manager will oversee integration, security, analytics, and translate enterprise health system needs into a prioritized development backlog.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap with measurable outcomes for the assigned product area.
- Engage closely with clinicians and customers to ground product development in real-world clinical workflows.
- Convert strategic goals into a prioritized backlog, collaborating tightly with engineering and design teams.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and continuous improvements, ensuring an exceptional user experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Science, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, complying with FDA-regulated product development.
- Lead and enhance EHR integration and interoperability with standards like HL7 v2, FHIR, and SMART on FHIR to align with clinician environments.
- Embed enterprise-grade security, data governance, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2) into the product roadmap.
- Develop dashboards and analytics that demonstrate clinical outcomes and ROI to health systems.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences or a related discipline; advanced degrees are favored.
- Over 8 years of product management experience, specifically in B2B/enterprise healthcare software solutions.
- Proven expertise in EHR/EMR integration and healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 v2, FHIR, and SMART on FHIR.
- Experience handling enterprise requirements related to security, identity/access management, data governance, and compliance with HIPAA; SOC 2 knowledge is advantageous.
- Background in developing dashboards, reporting, or analytics products.
- A history of delivering healthcare products successfully implemented at health-system scales.
- Strong aptitude for translating complex enterprise needs into actionable engineering backlogs.
- Excellent communication and capable cross-team leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with telehealth or remote patient monitoring technologies.
- Familiarity with integration platforms or interface engines (e.g., Redox, Rhapsody).
- Track record of deploying solutions in Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and large healthcare systems.
- Background working in fast-growing, venture-backed digital health or medical device companies.
- Understanding of SaaS models and healthcare reimbursement systems including CPT coding and the provider-payer-health system environment.
Work Conditions & Physical Requirements
- Extended periods of computer-based work and sitting.
- Travel commitments up to 30% for visits to clinical and customer sites, conferences, and company meetings.
