Senior Manager - Product Management

Role Summary

This role offers administrative support within the corporate sales division by generating sales forecasts, managing cost budgets, monitoring depletion reports, allocating products, and producing other required administrative documentation. It ensures timely provision of client and competitor insights to National Account and Field Sales leadership and guarantees all legally mandated reports are submitted appropriately.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and select pertinent information to analyze key trends using primary data and business intelligence tools.
• Provide advisory support regarding the design of new processes and systems aligning with professional standards.
• Manage foundational elements of data management systems under senior guidance to achieve designated outcomes.
• Assist in drafting policies, procedures, and guidelines to comply with set principles and external regulations.
• Compile and coordinate the delivery of various data and analytics reports.
• Monitor budgets and report deviations to senior management.
• Evaluate current operations within the scope of work to introduce innovative processes and foster continuous improvement.
• Address complex queries from internal/external customers or suppliers regarding policies and processes, escalating when interpretation is required.
• Engage in personal and team performance management activities, including objective setting, work allocation, completion review, and corrective measures, contributing to performance appraisals.
• Invest in personal development through assessments, training, coaching, maintaining professional accreditations, and staying updated on relevant technologies, regulations, and best practices.

Education

The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent Level 6 qualification.
