Role and Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and management of data engineering and reporting initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and technical leads to ensure timely project delivery, resource allocation, and maintenance of quality standards.
• Design, develop, and deploy dynamic, interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense.
• Engage with business teams for dashboard upgrades, training sessions, and fostering self-service capabilities.
• Oversee understanding and optimization of data pipelines.
• Manage vendor relationships effectively.
• Demonstrate strong team collaboration skills.
• Apply knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for cloud-related projects and enhancements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ expertise in SQL and proficient knowledge of SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with any reporting tools; knowledge of Qlik Sense is an advantage.
• 3+ years’ experience in project management roles.
• Understanding of cloud technologies, especially Google Cloud Platform, is preferred.
• Experience with Python and JavaScript is a beneficial addition.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including proficiency with office software, team collaboration tools, and software lifecycle management tools like JIRA.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold a B.Tech or B.E degree in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) or Information Technology.
