Role Overview
This position supports the Head of Corporate Finance by managing financing activities, nurturing relationships with banks, overseeing debt portfolios, handling corporate finance operations, and leading strategic financing initiatives for AEW entities. The role reports directly to the Head of Corporate Finance and is based in Dammam or Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing corporate finance transactions across AEW entities.
- Coordinate communications and collaboration with lenders, banks, advisors, rating agencies, and legal teams.
- Review financing proposals, term sheets, and facility documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor loan facilities, repayment plans, and adherence to covenants.
- Support credit rating evaluation exercises.
- Maintain and update financing databases, debt schedules, and relevant documentation.
- Manage day-to-day banking relationships, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Oversee lender information requests, facility renewals, and contractual amendments.
- Track utilization, pricing, limits, and renewal requirements of facilities.
- Support liquidity planning and corporate finance transactions execution.
- Manage execution of corporate finance payments and ensure timely availability of funds.
- Ensure prompt issuance and renewal of bid bonds, performance bonds, and letters of credit.
- Administer Equity Bridge Loan facilities effectively.
- Prepare and maintain exposure reports and debt schedules related to corporate finance.
- Keep lender information packages updated, including Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation.
- Assist in financial analysis concerning financing initiatives to guide decision-making.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as SOCPA, CFA, or CTP are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate finance, treasury, corporate banking, credit administration, or financial institutions.
- Prior exposure to infrastructure, energy, utilities, project finance, or holding companies preferred.
