Your Reformer is a globally recognized Pilates reformer brand providing top-tier equipment, accessories, and training to studios, instructors, and home users. As we expand our presence in the US, this position is essential to managing a smooth and scalable logistics operation nationwide.

Role Overview

The Senior Logistics Coordinator based in the USA manages the full spectrum of logistics activities, including inbound, outbound, and internal distribution, supporting both business-to-business (B2B) and direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales channels. This role entails both managerial and hands-on tasks, collaborating closely with the US logistics team to ensure operational excellence.

Customer satisfaction plays a pivotal role, as logistics heavily influences the customer experience. The coordinator will handle customer communications and delivery inquiries professionally, always maintaining a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage comprehensive logistics processes across inbound, outbound, and internal distribution for B2B and DTC markets.
  • Assist with delivery scheduling, coordination, warehouse functions such as inventory checks and cycle counts.
  • Develop strong partnerships with third-party logistics providers (3PL) and other transport partners, including routine interaction and site visits.
  • Collaborate with carriers and seek opportunities to improve or establish transport alliances, including regional and rural delivery specialists.
  • Keep well-informed on premium reformer products and digital services to make informed logistics decisions, address delivery inquiries, and ensure a superior customer and partner experience.
  • Offer daily operational guidance and problem-solving assistance to the US Logistics Coordinator, aiding prioritization and decision-making.
  • Serve as the escalation contact for any operational challenges or supplier issues.
  • Mentor and train the Logistics Coordinator, fostering skills development and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide coverage during absences within the logistics team to maintain service continuity.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all US logistics functions.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects to boost efficiency, service quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Contribute to standardizing and improving logistics processes as the US operations expand.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing logistics.
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related process documentation to meet compliance and operational standards.

Prerequisites and Experience

  • Proven background in logistics or supply chain management within US markets.
  • Experience overseeing or coordinating with 3PL providers and transport carriers.
  • Exposure to both B2B and DTC distribution channels.
  • Strong customer service skills, with demonstrated ability to manage phone and written delivery-related communications.
  • Effective problem-solving capabilities and experience managing operational escalations.
  • Experience mentoring or supporting staff members.
  • Knowledge of US logistics regulations such as DOT, FMCSA, and state compliance standards.

For candidates in New York/New Jersey, the work model is primarily remote, with occasional travel required.
