Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our Information Security team in Hyderabad. The main responsibility will be overseeing and enhancing our Privileged Access Management (PAM) system to safeguard critical accounts, alongside supporting Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) activities. The role demands active involvement in our PAM environment management and close teamwork with broader security teams managing all security platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain CyberArk Privilege Cloud components including Central Policy Manager, Password Vault, and Privileged Session Manager.
- Develop and sustain integration solutions connecting CyberArk with external applications to facilitate secure remote access and credential management.
- Manage identities, accounts, and access groups across Active Directory, Microsoft Azure/Entra, and Cisco Duo.
- Support SailPoint configuration for identity governance related to user lifecycle events.
- Implement and uphold IAM policies aligned with corporate standards and industry regulations.
- Document configurations and operational procedures for IAM systems thoroughly.
- Train and assist IT and business teams on best practices in IAM and PAM usage.
- Continuously monitor security trends and product updates, recommending and executing system improvements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or comparable field.
- Over 7 years of expertise with CyberArk Privilege Cloud, SailPoint, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure/Entra, and similar IAM/PAM systems.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP or CISM are advantageous.
- Expertise in CyberArk solutions and Active Directory management.
- Experience with privileged access, identity management, governance, and security protocols.
- Proficiency with Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies and protocols.
- Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell and Python, REST APIs, and API authentication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities paired with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
