Senior Graphic Designer

Position Overview

Thyrocare is seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Communications design team at the Navi Mumbai location. This full-time role demands a minimum of five years of relevant experience, ideally within an advertising agency environment.

Key Duties

• Develop creative campaign concepts and design marketing materials and brand communication content.
• Produce engaging designs across digital platforms, social media, print media, and corporate communications.
• Create layouts for brochures, advertisements, presentations, infographics, and promotional collateral.
• Work closely with copywriters, account executives, and marketing teams to execute cohesive integrated campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency and uphold high standards of creativity throughout all deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are met.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and offer creative leadership as needed.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends, innovations, and technologies in the design industry.

Preferred Skills and Attributes

• Demonstrates strong conceptual ability with meticulous attention to detail.
• Capable of interpreting briefs and translating them into compelling visual designs.
• Exhibits a proactive, cooperative, and solution-focused approach.
• Prior experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or wellness sectors is advantageous.

Eligibility and Qualification

Candidates should hold a graduate degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a closely related discipline.

Compensation

The monthly salary range for this role is ₹25,000 to ₹30,000.
