Senior / Executive, Violation Management

Role overview

This one-year temporary role supports violation management work for offences handled by the Land Transport Authority in Singapore. The position is focused on day-to-day processing, reporting, and coordination across related operations.

Key duties

You will review violation reports, compile and organise offence statistics, and assist with court-related and operational follow-ups. The job also involves regular coordination with both internal teams and external parties to keep daily processes running smoothly.

What the role calls for

• A background in any field is acceptable; studies in Business, Administration, Service, or Enforcement-related areas are preferred.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office tools, with strong working knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Solid office administration and coordination abilities, plus the ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
• A professional, approachable manner with strong communication and people skills.
• Training will be provided for the organisation's internal systems.
