Senior Executive Manager - Pharma Marketing

About the Role

Om Biomedic Private Limited is hiring a Senior Executive Manager for Pharma Marketing focusing on both Domestic and International markets. The position is based in Andheri (West), Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement marketing strategies targeting domestic and international pharmaceutical sectors.
• Drive new business generation in Finished Formulations, Third-Party Manufacturing, and Contract Manufacturing segments.
• Establish and nurture relationships with distributors, institutional buyers, and clients abroad.
• Manage customer inquiries, prepare and negotiate quotations, and close orders efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams like Production, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
• Explore and assess opportunities in new export markets to grow the business footprint.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors’ moves, and customer demands to stay competitive.
• Consistently meet monthly sales and business development objectives.
• Represent the company in pharmaceutical exhibitions, trade fairs, and business gatherings to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

• MBA degree, preferably with a focus on Marketing.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing and business development.
• Proven experience in managing international export business and B2B sales negotiations.
• Strong client relationship management skills and ability to communicate effectively and present professionally.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze market data to strategize business moves.
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working towards targets independently.
