Role Impact

The Senior Enterprise Performance Analyst is tasked with gathering, analyzing, and delivering performance data that enables strategic decision-making and drives operational excellence. This role involves creating and managing dashboards and reports that provide insights into key performance metrics, supporting various leaders within the organization to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Main Responsibilities

Create and maintain dashboards and analytical reports to monitor and enhance quality standards.
Analyze critical performance metrics to determine factors influencing patient services and clinical trial execution.
Conduct both ad hoc and regular analytics to support organizational objectives and initiatives.
Collaborate with leaders across the value chain to collect data that tracks performance and highlights areas for cross-functional improvement.
Help develop appropriate indicators across departments and lead efforts to generate data for evaluating execution performance, strengths, and weaknesses.
Offer operational business support as needed and interface with key strategic stakeholders.
Provide mentorship to junior analysts and lead system training organization-wide.

Required Expertise

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
Effective analytical and organizational skills to meet deadlines amid shifting priorities, coupled with strong conceptual thinking to manage ambiguity.
High productivity capacity paired with curiosity and enthusiasm to uncover underlying causes and weave quantitative findings into comprehensive narratives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

Working Conditions

This fully remote role requires continuous computer use in a home office environment.
Travel is minimal, less than 10%, predominantly domestic and planned as necessary.
Physical activity includes minimal walking (under 5%), standing about 20%, and predominantly sitting for 70% of the time.
