Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Evaluate and enhance performance metrics for Google Search Feed and AdSense platforms.
• Spot opportunities to boost revenue per click (RPC), revenue per thousand impressions (RPM), and overall profitability.
• Assess quality of publishers, traffic sources, and user engagement across various geographic locations and domains.
• Create data models and visualization dashboards to uncover and diagnose performance limitations.
• Lead experimentation efforts involving search feed designs, landing page layouts, article content, and monetization techniques.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering departments to elevate search monetization outcomes.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of five years practical experience in Search Arbitrage, Google AdSense, Search Feed management, or publisher monetization contexts.
• Expertise in SQL querying and Python programming.
• Comprehensive knowledge of publisher monetization strategies, traffic quality analysis, feed optimization, and maximizing revenue streams.
• Demonstrable track record of enhancing RPC, RPM, and publisher earnings.
• Proficient in designing and interpreting A/B tests with a focus on data-driven decision making.
