Overview
A partner company based in the United States is seeking a Senior Creative Producer to drive impactful multi-format creative projects supporting a rapidly expanding technology product and its user base. The role involves converting strategic briefs into polished creative assets spanning design, video, animation, web, and copywriting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the production of comprehensive creative content across various formats including graphic design, video, animation, web, and copy based on detailed briefs.
- Manage projects autonomously from initial brief to final delivery, making informed creative choices with minimal oversight.
- Analyze briefs to foresee challenges, clarify needs, and proactively mitigate creative risks before starting production.
- Utilize AI-powered creative tools to streamline workflows, adapt assets rapidly, and scale output without sacrificing creative direction.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors and key stakeholders to produce refined, brand-aligned outputs with efficient revision processes.
- Mentor multimedia team members on standard production tasks, allowing focus on higher-impact creative challenges.
- Partner with specialized creatives when projects demand advanced expertise in motion graphics, video, web design, or copywriting.
- Oversee multiple simultaneous projects, maintain schedules, and communicate any shifts in priorities or capacity proactively.
- Develop and promote creative workflows that improve efficiency and encourage adoption of innovative production technologies.
- Ensure consistently high standards of creativity, brand consistency, and quality across all deliverables.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a creative production role encompassing multiple creative disciplines.
- Proven ability to independently manage projects in at least three disciplines such as graphic design, video production, motion/animation, web design, or copywriting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative breadth, refined execution, and skill in translating briefs into final deliverables with few revisions.
- Experience leveraging AI creative platforms like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or RunwayML to enhance production efficiency.
- Deep understanding of brand systems and consistent application of creative standards across formats and channels.
- Background working within in-house creative teams, agencies, or brand environments is advantageous.
- Excellent organization, project management, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently yet collaborate effectively across creative and cross-functional teams.
- Enthusiastic growth mindset with adaptability and eagerness to learn new creative methods and technologies.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in design, fine arts, multimedia, communications, or related field.
