Senior Business Execution Consultant

About the Role

Wells Fargo is inviting applications for the position of Senior Business Execution Consultant. This role involves leading support functions or operations across multiple business units, contributing to substantial strategic projects. The consultant is expected to maintain efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of processes and manage operational pipelines effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations and support activities for multiple business groups while driving large-scale strategic initiatives.
• Ensure the solutions provided are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals focusing on pipeline management.
• Conduct research on moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives employing analytical acumen, a basic grasp of organizational strategy, business execution, and international business contexts.
• Work autonomously to recommend improvements for support functions through leadership and guidance.
• Assist in planning and executing diverse programs targeting risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and enhanced customer experience.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop project plans, policies, and procedures.
• Provide leadership in managing relationships and executing programs or initiatives with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, demonstrated through work experience, education, training, or military service.
• Preferred qualifications include an MBA or a graduate degree in Finance, Management, or Strategy.
• Understanding of Corporate and Investment Banking domains.
• Hands-on experience with Dealogic, SDC, and wallet analysis tools.

Job Expectations

• At least 6 years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning roles.
• Strong communication skills to articulate ideas clearly.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including data manipulation with BI tools, pivot tables, and macros.
• Support the development of strategic plans across Wells Fargo's US and Global Corporate & Investment Banking client coverage and credit portfolio management teams.
• Collaborate closely with Chief Operating Officers and product partners to ensure consistent communication with Commercial Real Estate teams.
