Role Overview

In this role, the Senior Associate/Assistant Manager will be primarily responsible for conducting valuation assignments and supporting business development initiatives. The position requires detailed market, industry, and competitor research to inform valuations, as well as collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research on targeted industries, markets, and competitors to gather relevant data.
• Perform valuations of businesses, assets, and financial instruments, including Purchase Price Allocations.
• Engage with clients to collect necessary data and clarify information pertinent to valuation projects.
• Collaborate with client management to foster and sustain strong professional relationships.
• Review and guide the work of junior associates to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Prepare and deliver reports and presentations detailing analyses and conclusions.
• Assist Directors and Partners in business development and client acquisition activities.
