Key Responsibilities

• Assist transaction teams in on-site project development, liaising with client teams and other stakeholders such as off-takers and lenders.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of the commercial and contractual terms relevant to project financing.
• Analyze complex financial models by examining business drivers and conducting scenario and sensitivity analyses to ensure alignment with project documentation, accounting, and tax principles.
• Support design and development of optimal client solutions by gathering data and performing detailed analyses.
• Prepare detailed reports, information memoranda, summaries, and presentations for internal and client use.

Client Coordination

• Engage proactively with client teams to understand changing needs and priorities under the leadership of senior team members.
• Contribute to solution design that addresses client requirements effectively.

Business Development

• Perform sector, geographic, client, and competitor research and data analysis to identify business growth opportunities.
• Assist in preparing proposals for potential clients in response to development opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA or equivalent qualification with full-time enrollment.
• Minimum of six years of experience in relevant roles.
• Background in international banking, developer/investor funds, or financial advisory is advantageous.
• Preferable interest or experience in infrastructure or project finance.
