Senior Analyst SAP Concur Systems

Overview

Located in Mohali, Punjab, India, this full-time position is within Bunge's Business Technology Global Business Operations. Reporting to the Manager Non SAP Service Delivery, the Senior Analyst SAP Concur Systems is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the SAP Concur systems to ensure smooth financial processes, excellent user experience, and compliance with corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage SAP Concur components like Expense types, workflows, audit rules, and cost objects including cost centers and WBS elements while aligning with corporate standards and legal compliance.
• Engage actively in system updates, thorough testing cycles, and deploy new SAP Concur features.
• Prepare and update functional specifications and workflow documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Train and support end-users to increase proficiency and effective use of SAP Concur modules.
• Identify and implement improvements in processes associated with SAP Concur to boost operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Carry out primary system functions with accuracy to deliver valuable organizational results.
• Manage projects of small to mid complexity by applying domain expertise and delivering concrete solutions.

Technical and Behavioral Competencies

• Extensive expertise with SAP Concur modules including Expense, Travel, and Invoice management.
• Sound knowledge of ERP system integration, especially with SAP or Oracle.
• Experience with middleware tools for data transfer between systems.
• Deep understanding of expense auditing and corporate card management processes.
• Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles like General Ledger and Accounts Payable.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex system issues effectively.
• Commitment to data-driven decision making, customer-centric approaches, proactive problem solving, and continuous self-improvement.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work effectively in diverse teams and adapt to organizational changes.

Educational and Experience Requirements

• Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or closely related fields.
• Possesses 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in SAP Concur modules and financial systems support or equivalent combined education and experience.
• Demonstrates both specialized knowledge in SAP Concur and broader IT and financial understanding.
