Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage standardized reporting packages and dashboards aligned with key business metrics by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly financial forecasts emphasizing trends, risks, and key drivers of performance.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to assist budgeting, planning, and scenario analysis.
- Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports ensuring consistent and timely data visibility.
- Modify reporting formats and schedules to meet evolving shared services and business needs.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting tools via strong governance and quality control practices.
- Track and communicate reporting progress and status updates to management.
- Continuously monitor KPIs related to accounts receivable, collections, credit, billing, and purchase to pay functions; analyze data trends to drive business decisions.
- Create and enhance analytical models to improve forecasting and support strategic business initiatives.
- Conduct data mining and statistical analyses on large datasets to extract actionable insights.
- Act as a strategic financial advisor to department leaders, delivering insightful recommendations aligned with business objectives.
- Engage with cross-functional partners to translate complex data into operational and financial insights that influence decision-making.
- Present financial outcomes, trends, and suggestions clearly to senior leadership.
- Identify and implement automation solutions to optimize reporting accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Document reporting workflows, data sources, and troubleshooting procedures thoroughly for compliance and repeatability.
- Promote best practices in report reproducibility and proactively communicate production issues to ensure swift resolution.
- Support internal and external audit processes related to financial reporting.
- Provide training and mentoring to junior team members on reporting tools, data management, and analytical methodologies.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related disciplines from a recognized university is mandatory.
- Advanced degrees such as MBA or professional certifications (CPA, CFA) are preferred but not essential.
- At least 4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis within large corporate settings, covering budgeting and forecasting.
- Minimum 4 years of background in Finance & Accounting, Finance Operations, or Shared Services roles.
- Extensive experience in financial reporting and data analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Google BigQuery, or similar platforms, demonstrating ability to extract, transform, and model complex datasets.
- Strong track record of making strategic, data-driven recommendations and ownership of deliverables.
- Demonstrated capacity to collaborate with senior leadership and effectively communicate insights.
- Experience in Financial Shared Services and familiarity with logistics or transportation sectors are advantages.

Supervisory and Decision-Making Authority
- No direct supervisory responsibilities.
- Decision-making includes providing recommendations from data analysis and regularly updating reports and dashboards to align with business needs.
