What you’ll do
- Lead conversations that help the team reach shared decisions, define goals, and resolve conflicts.
- Clear blockers that stand in the way of delivery by managing outside dependencies, solving medium-to-high complexity team issues, and creating practical new approaches when needed.
- Own the communication tools and routines that keep the scrum team aligned and transparent, such as tracker boards and similar mechanisms.
- Strengthen team performance by encouraging shared accountability and addressing productivity challenges.
- Take part in business analysis, user experience, and technical discussions across teams, platforms, and levels of influence.
- Keep progress visible across functions by sharing updates, outcomes, and achievements, and by running status meetings, product demos, and retrospectives.
- Work with an Agile Coach to guide the team proactively and recommend process improvements that increase productivity.
What we’re looking for
- An undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A Certified Scrum Master or Agile Practitioner credential.
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master with consistent application of Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
- At least 3 years of experience in software development, project management, business systems analysis, or another relevant professional area.
- At least 3 years of experience handling medium-complexity initiatives.
- Experience delivering medium-scale projects or programs in Agile and/or Waterfall settings, using influence to drive outcomes.
- Hands-on exposure to one or more core agile delivery disciplines, such as software development or business systems analysis.
