About the Role

Lift Schools invites applications for the position of School Facilities Manager (Caretaker) at Lift Kingsley, located in Hounslow, London. Key Responsibilities

• Managing site security and controlling access to the premises.
• Performing opening and closing duties daily according to a split shift schedule, which may include evening and weekend work.
• Serving as the primary key holder and responding promptly to emergency call-outs as necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic understanding of building maintenance, repair tasks, and health and safety regulations.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to operate independently and collaboratively.
• Effective communication skills combined with flexibility and a proactive mindset.
• Physical capability to perform manual duties related to the role.
• Previous experience in a comparable role is preferred but not mandatory.
