Daily Responsibilities

Ensure safe transportation of students to their destinations and school activities
Supervise and assist students during boarding and disembarking, including help with seatbelts and mobility devices
Maintain discipline on the bus to minimize distractions
Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections focusing on brakes, lights, tires, and emergency exits
Report mechanical problems promptly and maintain cleanliness inside the bus
Adhere rigorously to all traffic rules and company safety protocols
Communicate effectively with parents, school officials, and dispatch regarding student behavior and trip schedules
Exhibit leadership and strong customer service capabilities

Ideal Candidates and Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Hold a valid Class 5 driver's license for a minimum of one year
