Job Overview

We are actively seeking trained intermediate and advanced scaffolders to join our workforce, focusing on projects within the Waikato Region. Your primary responsibility will involve erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures to create secure work platforms on various sites, including buildings and industrial facilities. Additional tasks include establishing temporary frameworks for stages, catwalks, painting operations, and façade maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and take down scaffolding systems to ensure safe working platforms in industrial and other site contexts.
• Handle manual lifting of scaffolding components and loading equipment efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and complete necessary documentation related to scaffolding tasks.
• Promote safety by ensuring all scaffolding activities comply with health and safety regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience in a comparable scaffolder role.
• Possession of relevant New Zealand Scaffolding Certificates of Competency or equivalent qualifications is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively as a team member.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Conditions

• Pre-employment health screening, including drug and alcohol testing, is mandatory.
• Candidates must have lawful authorization to reside and work in New Zealand.
