SAP VIM Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled SAP VIM professional with extensive experience in configuration and implementation. The candidate should be well-versed in SAP's Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), Invoice Capture Center, Open Text Archive Server, and SAP Financial modules including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and implementation activities for SAP VIM and related components.
• Manage the Source to Pay process with a focus on the MM (Materials Management) module.
• Possess strong knowledge of VIM workplace workflows and related analytics.
• Utilize Intelligent Capture for SAP and manage invoice processes across PO and non-PO based entries.
• Conduct business blueprint workshops and perform functional gap analyses to align solutions with business requirements.
• Document solutions, design configurations, and carry out testing, support, and training procedures.
• Gather and analyze requirements, perform fit-gap assessments, and oversee project go-live support.
• Prepare dashboards and reports to aid business decision-making.
• Be flexible to work on weekends when project criticalities demand it.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with SAP VIM implementations, preferably involving two or more full-cycle projects.
• Over 10 years total professional experience in SAP environments.
• Expertise in configuration and hands-on experience with SAP invoice processing tools and financial modules.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with stakeholders.

Additional Information

The role is a contract position based onsite in India, requiring commitment to critical deliverables which may involve weekend work as necessary.
