About the Role

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is organizing a Walk-in Drive on 8th August 2026 at its Trivandrum location to recruit SAP MDM/MDG specialists. This position is crucial as it forms the foundation of various projects and requires having a valid EP number prior to interview attendance.

Job Overview

The role demands expertise in SAP Master Data Management (MDM) and its successor SAP Master Data Governance (MDG). Candidates should combine fundamental data management principles with domain knowledge of SAP ERP modules and technical customization skills.

Key Skills and Knowledge

• Master Data Management: Proficient understanding of data lifecycle management, stewardship, data deduplication, and quality assurance frameworks.
• ERP Expertise: Strong familiarity with core SAP modules such as Material Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Financial Accounting (FICO), focusing on master data for business partners, customers, vendors, and materials.
• Data Modeling: Ability to design entity types, attributes, relationships, and tailor extensions for specific business needs.
• Governance Processes: Skillful in configuring change request workflows including approval hierarchies and validation steps.
• Preferred Knowledge: Experience with SAP S/4HANA's sourcing and procurement models, especially in transitioning to the Business Partner concept; familiarity with SAP Fiori role-based apps for process approvals and management.

Application Requirements

• Bring the latest resume, TCS application form, original and photocopy of government ID (PAN or Aadhaar), and two passport-sized photos to the interview.
• Complete registration for the EP Number through the official TCS portal before applying.
• Only candidates with full-time academic courses (BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc./MS) and at least three years of relevant IT experience after qualification will be considered.
• Candidates who have attended a TCS interview in the past month are requested not to apply again.
