Role overview
Tata Consultancy Services is holding a face-to-face walk-in interview for an SAP ABAP Consultant position. The hiring drive is scheduled for 11 July 2026, Saturday, and candidates will be considered for roles in Mumbai and Chennai. The interview window runs from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Experience required
The role calls for 4 to 12 years of relevant SAP ABAP development experience.
Key technical expectations
- Solid hands-on experience with core ABAP development.
- Practical knowledge of object-oriented ABAP.
- Working understanding of ABAP on HANA concepts.
- Exposure to CDS Views and AMDP.
- Experience working in ECC and/or S/4HANA landscapes.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot through debugging.
- Capability to improve program performance through tuning.
- Familiarity with SAP workflows and background job processing.
