Role Overview

Blastworks Australia is seeking an experienced full-time sandblaster to join their Melbourne-based team. This position involves preparing and cleaning surfaces using abrasive blasting techniques on a range of projects. The successful candidate will operate sandblasting equipment, maintain blast rooms, and ensure top-quality finishes according to strict safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate sandblasting machinery to prepare and clean various surfaces
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of blast rooms
• Ensure work meets quality standards and safety protocols
• Collaborate effectively within the team while also working independently

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in sandblasting roles or industrial abrasive blasting
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality results
• Reliability and ability to adhere to workplace safety regulations

Work Details

• Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
