Role Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer based in Gurugram, India, with a hybrid or remote work model. The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of Force.com development experience and at least 5 years working specifically with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura frameworks.
Core Responsibilities and Skills
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Aura components.
- Expertise in Salesforce Communities and Service Cloud implementations.
- Design and implement integrations using SOAP, REST APIs, and other web services.
- Use integration tools such as web APIs to support system connectivity.
- Manage data migrations using tools like Apex Data Loader and DB Amp.
- Incorporate JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX functionalities within Salesforce applications.
- Develop triggers, workflow rules, approvals, reports, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
- Build custom Lightning components tailored to organizational needs.
- Follow agile methodologies using SCRUM practices enhanced by Jira tools.
Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant.
- Experience with DevOps practices including Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
- Knowledge of automation tools such as Gearset and TestGen.
- Ability to lead technical teams and efficiently resolve issues and blockers.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting requirements and liaising with clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
