Overview

Monglish International Academy is recruiting a dedicated Sales Specialist to work onsite in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves engaging with prospective clients to promote our English language courses and drive enrollments, perfect for candidates who excel in dynamic sales environments and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage actively with potential clients and deliver compelling presentations about English language programs.
• Address client inquiries, assess their requirements, and navigate any objections to facilitate decisions.
• Guide prospects effectively through the enrollment process, ensuring successful closures.
• Consistently achieve and exceed set sales goals within a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Have a minimum of three years of professional sales experience; experience in the education sector is advantageous.
• Exhibit strong communication and persuasive abilities.
• Maintain a high standard of organization and confidentiality in dealings.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.

Working Conditions

• Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
• Schedule: Six days per week, 2 PM to 10 PM shifts.
• Employment Type: Full-time, onsite.
