Sales Officer - Coimbatore

Role Overview

This position focuses on meeting clearly defined quantitative and qualitative targets through adherence to company policies, systems, and quality benchmarks. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales outcomes effectively in line with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and accomplish monthly, quarterly, and yearly volume sales targets.
• Ensure optimal product distribution and maintain strong in-store visibility.
• Oversee and uphold product quality standards at distributor and retail points.
• Lead and coach the frontline sales team (Distribution Officers) to enhance performance.
• Manage relationships with distributors and customers, including retail outlets and wholesalers.

Candidate Profile

• Graduates with 2 to 5 years of sales experience in FMCG, food, or beverage sectors.
• Fluent communication abilities in English and Tamil, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Familiarity with commercial and office software tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
