Overview

Alpna Visual Packaging Aids is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive sales of industrial machines and equipment. The role includes prospecting, building client relationships, and managing the full sales cycle to meet growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales enquiries for industrial machinery and equipment.
• Build and develop new client accounts within various manufacturing sectors.
• Engage with plant heads, purchasing departments, production supervisors, and technical teams to understand needs.
• Analyse customer applications and recommend appropriate machines or solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations of machinery.
• Prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals and carry out price negotiations.
• Manage entire sales process from initial lead generation through to final order closure.
• Collaborate with service and installation teams to ensure smooth delivery and setup.
• Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, dealers, and consultants to support sales efforts.
• Consistently achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Maintain updated sales pipeline and management information system reports.

Additional Details

The role is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra and requires onsite presence. Salary offered ranges from 60000 to 145000 INR per month based on experience and qualifications.
