Role Overview
This full-time position based onsite in Ireland entails driving sales growth and cultivating key client relationships. Responsibilities include discovering new sales prospects, conducting face-to-face meetings and product demos, and showcasing tailored payment solutions to potential and current clients. Managing the sales funnel, negotiating agreements, and maintaining accurate records within the CRM system are also essential duties. Collaboration with internal teams ensures successful onboarding and customer support. The Sales Manager will actively observe market trends and competitors while preparing detailed sales analytics and forecasts for leadership.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven background in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in payment or financial services or technology sectors.
- Excellent skills in building relationships, negotiating deals, and delivering clear presentations to diverse stakeholders.
- Competency in CRM software and common office applications for pipeline management and reporting.
- Understanding of card payment methods, merchant services, or willingness to quickly learn product specifics.
- Strong results orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets independently in an onsite role.
- Proficient verbal and written communication in English with professional etiquette for phone and in-person interactions.
- Legal authorization to work in Ireland and capability to travel locally for client engagements.
- Formal education such as a diploma or degree in business, sales, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
