Role Overview

As a Sales Host, you will significantly contribute to expanding our membership base by delivering outstanding customer experiences, boosting sales, and assisting in member retention efforts. Every interaction with prospects and current members is a chance to positively influence their fitness journey by offering expert guidance and promoting our range of products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Create welcoming and positive environments for prospects and members that convert interest into memberships.
• Manage sales processes including new memberships, renewals, upgrades, and additional purchases.
• Conduct personalized gym tours tailored to individual goals and needs to engage potential members.
• Employ effective questioning and rapport-building techniques to address objections and facilitate sales.
• Perform follow-ups on inquiries and leads to optimize membership conversion rates.
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing members to enhance retention and involvement.
• Contribute to achieving the gym’s sales and retention objectives.
• Provide a professional, friendly atmosphere, promptly addressing member questions or concerns.
• Promote various fitness products, services, and solutions available at the club.
• Engage actively in club events, initiatives, and member activities to foster community spirit.
• Represent Everlast Gyms with energy, professionalism, and brand pride.
• Assist with daily operational duties including club upkeep, safety maintenance, and supporting gym floor activities.
• Serve as a key holder when needed and aid in gym resets and other operational tasks.
• Utilize membership and CRM software effectively for managing member data and inquiries.
• Collaborate with the wider team to support national campaigns, challenges, and other business goals.
• Promote a positive club culture and take responsibility for personal growth and performance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Enthusiasm for fitness, exceptional customer service, and sales-driven performance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Confident, positive, and outgoing personality.
• Goal-oriented mindset focused on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Flexible availability including weekends and Bank Holidays.
• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, retail, leisure, or customer service is advantageous.
• Familiarity with sales or performance targets, membership sales or retention techniques preferred.
• Experience with sales, booking, or member management systems is a plus.
